As part of our ongoing renovation, the windows throughout our historic building will be replaced until 21 August. During this period, construction noise may occur from time to time. When allocating rooms, we will of course do our utmost to provide you with the quietest room possible. However, due to the extensive nature of the work, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee this in every case. Enjoy breakfast during your stay in Göttingen with fresh, regional ingredients – from savoury favourites to sweet treats – complemented by an à la carte selection, all in a relaxed atmosphere.

Alongside our breakfast classics, you can choose from our à la carte menu, featuring the famous Gebhards omelette with Deichbrand cheese, Eggs Benedict, avocado toast with a poached egg, vegan chia pudding with almond milk, and blueberry pancakes.

Starting in September 2026, three meeting rooms, ranging from 34 m² to 105 m², provide space for every type of event. Generous windows, air conditioning, and flexible seating options create the ideal setting. We are happy to assist you with catering and tailored group packages.

Gebhards Hotel’s own sauna and fitness area will be available after our renovation. In the meantime, you are welcome to use the sauna and fitness facilities at Freigeist Göttingen, just a five-minute walk from our hotel.

Yes, we are pleased to welcome guests with mobility restrictions and offer barrier-free access throughout our hotel.

For our guests arriving by car, parking is available at €15.00 per night, subject to availability.

Please note: Until July 21, the availability of our hotel parking spaces is limited. We recommend using the public parking garage at Groner Tor, which is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes! We are also delighted to welcome non-hotel guests to our breakfast buffet. In addition to the classics, you can choose from our à la carte menu. Alongside the well-known Gebhards omelette with Deichbrand cheese, Eggs Benedict, or avocado toast with a poached egg, we also offer vegan chia pudding with almond milk and pancakes with blueberries.

Reserve Breakfast Table

We are delighted to welcome you back to Restaurant Georgia Augusta, now open once again. Enjoy classic cuisine inspired by the lightness and elegance of a French brasserie in a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm, with the kitchen serving until 9.30 pm and the bar open from 5.00 pm to midnight. Sunday and Monday are our days off.
