Our à la carte menu ranges from game specialties from the Hardenberg Forest to popular classics such as the Gebhard omelet with Deichbrand cheese and eggs from the family-run Bioland farm Penk in Moringen. Those with a sweet tooth should try our freshly made pancakes or a french toast.
Breakfast isn't complete without a cup of freshly brewed coffee, espresso, or cappuccino. Alongside our coffee specialties, we offer our guests a varied selection of sustainably produced teas from Samova — all organic, of course.
