Seasonal and regional produce are at the core of our cuisine. Rather than pursuing fleeting trends, we embrace tradition. We serve favorites that will remind you of Sunday lunches at your grandmother’s. Our top tip is to share a Filet Wellington — a beef fillet wrapped in puff pastry with wild mushrooms, baby carrots, and duchess potatoes, served in a delicate Burgundy jus.

Local partners

We pay close attention to where our products come from, because we are convinced that regional tastes better. That is why we rely on long-term partnerships with regional suppliers.
The eggs for our egg dishes come from the Bioland farm Penk in Moringen. This family-run farm stands for organic farming and particularly animal-friendly husbandry in line with Bioland standards.

Our game specialties come from the Hardenberg Forest, just a few kilometers from Göttingen.
